WHAT?! The smiley's aren't working properly! :o :D :) :( :( :( Still not working. Pah. Where did they go? Oh- the horror! Neopians won't be able to express themselves... Someone has obviously taken them to make neopets... :o Boring!

You're the only smiley left. Hence the name, the last smiley. The is the only smily left. You have to gather all the other smilies, and get out of the world of neopia and back to the neoboards. The world of neopia is a dangerous place - so you have to be careful.

The point of the game is to collect all the smileys, and then go back to the exit. You are in the neoworld with all the smilies, and the exit is your portal back into the neoboards.

Controls, Scorings, and other figures.

This game is hard to begin with, handling the controls and all, but soon you get used to it and it becomes easy. In this game you use the arrow keys to move and the space bar to jump. The up and down arrow keys make you go forward and in reverse. The left and right arrow keys steer you.

Tips on using controls

Do not hold down the reverse or the accelerate keys for too long a period of time, because then the smiley will get out of control, and you won't be able to control it. It's better to tap it. Use the right and left directionel keys carefully. Do not use them when you're speeding.
When jumping get used to take your hand off the up arrow key once you jump, because in later levels, when you have narrow platforms to jump on, you don't want to keep accelerating while you land and fall off.
When stopping do not use the down arrow key to reverse! Stop pressing buttons all together, and you will stop. If you use the down arrow key, you will slide. Using the right and left arrow keys will not make you stop in anyway either. Pressing nothing is the best way to stop.

These are the smaller forms of the smilies that you need to find. These smilies will only give you 10 points. But if you find secret smilies, which are either the catfish or are completely invisible so you can only see their shadow. These can be anything from 50 to 100 points! So you definetley want to get these. I'll explain this later in the walk through. Here are some 'other figures' which will help you get these secret smilies, and regular smilies.

Boxes: Boxes are only important in one level, but they appear in level one. They can be pushed onto things to weigh them down. Remember this. They're pretty easy to push around, so don't worry. ;P

Exit: Once you collect all the smilies in the level, you also have to find this exit. Which may be harder than collecting the smilies. XD But still -, you have to roll on top of the red part, in order to exit the level and return the smilies back to the neoboards.

Moving platform: Sometimes there are layers of platforms, and going from the bottom to the top is hard. You can jump into these and they can bring you from place to place. They can go very slow, or very fast, so take account for their speeds.

Speed Ramps: You can roll onto these ramps, and they can make you go very, very fast. This can make you jump very far this way. Be careful however, they don't make you go as fast as you want them to go, and you don't know which direction they make you go. I don't suggest using them, just follow our walkthrough. ;D

Teleporter: Pretty simple, teleports you from place to place. This is a great hint, because if you see a teleporter you know that there is some other place in a level that you might not be able to see. So use them, if you can reach them.

Trampoline: This will make you jump high to reach things. But be careful, you don't know where they're making you jump! You could lose a life due to these, so be careful.

Level 1 - Virtupets Spacestation

This level is pretty simple, and I think you should just use it to get used to the controls. That's all I can say for this level, have fun moving the boxes around. xD

Be careful not to go to fast on the slightly rised parts, because then you can fly off this platform in the sky!

Level 2 - Virtupets Spacestation

The first level is just for a bit of training. Now this is the real deal. You have to be careful. You should be facing a gap with a smiley hovering over it. So turn around and go back around the U-turn, and you'll see a smiley.

These smileys are in a straight line. Try to align yourself, be careful to jump at the right spot and you should be okay. If you miss a smiley, turn around completly. Do not go in reverse. You don't know where the edge is, and you could very easily fall off.

Get the smiley along the U-turn and also the one at the edge of the gap. Do NOT jump from here to get the blue smiley from the gap. Go in reverse a little, and then go full speed ahead to jump. If you miss it, just turn around and jump again. Once you get the smiley jump back on the side with the exit portal.

Don't try to jump onto the exit portal, go around edge (but be careful) and make yourself into the middle column that leads to the exit portal. Just go forward to the portal, and make sure you got every single smiley.

When jumping over the gaps, time your jumps, and check your speeds and jump points. You don't want to fall into the gap, or to fall of the edge on the otherside.
When going to the exit portal, don't go too fast, otherwise you'll fly off into the space behind it and lose a life.
Do not try to reverse jump over gaps.

Level 3 - Virtupets Spacestation

I have provided you with a model for convenience. There's not much to say about this level, since I've basically drawn it out for you. Just be careful when going from square to square. Try to jump over them, rather than going at the corners. Going over corners can easily cause errors making you fall...

Game Bug? This level has a tiny bug. When you start, you will randomly just fall off, and lose a life. o.o; Just restart the game when this happens.

Score at end of this level: 190

Level 4 - Virtupets Spacestation

Go full speed ahead, and go over the gap. (Don't press the space button, just go forward) Once you get to the other side, STOP. Get the two red smileys. The one to the left, and the one behind the ramp. To get the one behind the speed ramp, DO NOT GO ON IT. Go behind the ramp carefully (So you do not fall off the regular ramp and into gap), to get the smiley.

Instead of using the speed ramps to get above the gaps, use the sides, as demonstrated in the above figure. They're safer, and you have a better chance than with the speed ramps, and by using the speed ramps you could easily lose a life. When getting the first smiley, it's a little raised, so you can easily jump for it. Use the other side part to get over the next gap. You see an exit portal. Go past that, and you'll see an angel smiley in front of the speed ramp.

You're probably thinking, "Oh, I don't have to use the speed ramp, just get the smiley and use the exit portal! Then I have all my smileys!" Ahah! See, here, I have outsmarted you. There is something on the otherside, something... secret. Use the speed ramp. Back up against the wall, and hold down the up arrow key to go forward onto the ramp.

Now you are on the other side, of the tremendous wall, and you should see a wooden bridge to your right and an exit portal to your left. If you go under the bridge you will find a secret smiley!!! This gives you an extra 100 points. Go to the exit portal on this side to beat the level.

Hold down the up arrow key when going on the side parts over the gaps. Don't tap it, because then you might fall down into the gap. Once you get to the other side of the gap, let go of all buttons, and you'll just slide down. This only applies to the second and third gap. Not the first one. Just follow the model above. ;)
Don't forget the secret smiley. If you want to be the game 100%, you need this.

Level 5 - Virtupets Spacestation

This level is what I consider to be an extremely hard level. If you want to do it my way, you have to time everything perfectly. My way - if you make sure you timing right you will do fine, and you'll be safe. You get to go onto the fun moving platforms too! XD Okay. For starters, look behind you to get the smiley. Then roll over on the narrow ledge forward, and go left. Roll until you reach a bigger platform. Go to the right, and there should be a ramp going down. Roll onto that and tap the up arrow key. Turn to your left, and there should be another ramp going down leading to another platform. This platform has a smiley on it.

Go to your left, and you should see a ledge. Once you're 1/2 the way over the ledge, hold down the up arrow key for speed, and jump at the edge. You should now be on the lower platform. Get the smiley there and continue towards the ramp (not leading to the exit portal, the other one) and follow it. When you see the part with the angel smiley on it, Be careful. The platform it is on is on a slant, so tap the up arrow key and use the right and left arrow keys accordingly to stear yourself. You can let go while you are align with the next ledge leading up. Turn yourself around, and follow that ledge leading up, until you come to a dead end pointing towards a platform in the sky.

You have to be careful here, because now you're going to have to jump. Position yourself at the edge of the platform, and once you do that (with difficulty) accelerate forward, and jump at the edge, and you should be on the platform.

Why go through all this trouble for an empty platform? Well, it's not empty! You must think I'm crazy, but I'm perfectly serious. Looking at the figure above, locate the secret smiley's shadow. Take the moving platform until you reach a slanted ledge. Go down int and fall down to the platform below, and go towards the exit portal.

When going over narrow ledges, be careful. Tap gently, because you can easily lose control on them.
When going down slanted, narrow ledges, don't press on the down arrow key unless you're going extremely slow.
When going up slanted ledges or platforms, control yourself, and use the left and right arrow keys to steer. They're hard to manuever yourself on, but you'll have to try your best.
Take account for the moving platforms speed. They can go extremely slowly and then gain a huge burst of speed. Don't jump to far to get into them and don't jump short.

Score at end of this level: 420

Level 6 - Virtupets Spacestation

Go forward and get the smiley. Just follow the upwards ramp/platform going up. It's pretty simple, and I don't think you need me to help you here if you've got up to this level. You'll come up to an area with two boxes and a platform slowly moving up and down.

If you go on this platform, it will weigh down on whatever side you are. This makes it easy for you to fall off. So, those two boxes you see? Push one of them onto the platform. This will weigh one side down. Now you can go across the weight platform without being afraid of falling off. When going across, stop short right before you have to jump. If you jump with too much speed, you'll fly off the other side. Turn around and you should see a smiley. Here's a map from here on, because it's a bit confusing.

Follow the blue line. Go forward, and to the left. Grab the smiley there, and double back. Continue with the blu trail, go right and forward and grab the ':D' smiley. Turn to the right and follow the narrow path until you get the 'wink' smiley. Double back and you should have all the smileys needed to go to the next level.

BUT! There is a secret smiley. Go to the left of the exit portal, and jump below. Be careful not to jump onto the trampoline. If you jump on the trampoline, you'll go careening off into space, so you definetly don't want to do that. As you can see, there's a narrow, twisting ramp. It's flat a bit. Back up on the flat part, and stop as soon as it starts moving up, and face the trampoline, so it looks like this:

You want to make sure you get enough speed to go over the trampoline, and not jump on it. You don't want to go careening off the edge. If you miss the smiley, repeat the process til you get it. Type in '0:-)' to complete the level, because trying to get to the exit portal is tough once you're down here. This can only be used once, and I think this is the best place.

Level 7 - The Lost Desert

Welcome to the Lost Desert! To pyramids, palm trees, and... er, sand dunes. You should be facing two pyramids and a small half-finished pyramid. Turn around and you should see some sand dunes. There's one dune near the middle which is one of the tallest ones. Climb to the top of it and get the smiley.

Once you get that smiley, go over to the small, half-pyramid. Jump on top of it to get the smiley. Behold - infront of you lies the Coltzon's Shrine! On top of it is a smiley. This one is a bit annoying to get. So just time your jump carefully, and make sure you get the right amount of speed.

Behind the large pyramid is a wall. On one side there is a blue smiley, that is facing this step sort of thing with a blue, freaky thing on it. Ignore that for now.

Go back to the large pyramid with the ramp leading up on it. Go back a bit giving your self enough room for a burst of speed, and align yourself correctly with the speed ramp. If you didn't get a secret smiley, you did something wrong. So try again, because on top of the tip of the pyramid there is a secret smiley.

Get the smiley on the risen platform, and jump back down. Make sure you jump back down on the side with the pyramids, not the opposite side. Make your way to the exit portal, and finish the level!

Level 8 - The Lost Desert

Welcome to the last level, come on, you can do it! ^^ You'll see a platform infront of you. Jump onto the platform, but don't do it with too much speed, otherwise you'll fall off! Jump onto the next one, but make sure not to pick up too much speed. Grab the smiley, and jump onto the next one. Don't worry about falling off for this part. Pick up speed, and jump, but don't stop, but instead jump again onto the unfinished pyramid, and grab the smiley at the edge.

Drop off the center of the left of the pyramid. You'll now find yourself on the inside of the pyramid! Ger the secret smiley here for +100 points. Use the teleporter to return back to outside of the pyramid.

Jump down onto the big platform below. You're back to where you've started. Just follow the steps up to where you land on the flat pyramid, but this time to right, rather than off the pyramid again. When going to the right, grab the smiley at the end, and you should see something that looks like this:

Go down the center, while holding the up arrow key. You should be fine, so now jump over the platform to the smaller one below with the smiley. Grab that and jump diagnolly to the exit portal... And...

Congratulations!!! You saved all the smilies!!!

You should finish with 810 points, the highest score in the game.
