Auctions, such a funny thing they are. You'll see an item, that you think is a good price, so you race to bid on it. Unfortunately though, there are people who wait until the last few seconds and bid. Drat! You missed it to one of those people.

Explanation
In neopets, there is a section called "Auction". This is where people can sell certain items, whether they be rarities, or not. They give a certain price for the item, and you bid up past that. Of course, there are many things that you have to consider in order for everything to work in your favor.

Important Things

• All Auctions - This allows you to view every auction that is currently going on. There are many pages of auctions, so you might want to only look at a few.
• My Auctioned Items - This will show you what you have auctioned. If you have something auctioned, it will show up here.
• My Bids - Once you've placed a bid on something, the item will show up here. If the item has been closed out though, it won't be here anymore. However, if someone else has bid on that item, it will show you, giving you a chance to bid again.
• Auction Genie - Much like the shop wizard, this little guy knows the all of auctions. If there is a certain item you'd like to find, use this and you'll find it.
• Help - If you have any issues with the Auction area, go here and some of your simple question will be answered.
• Status - This shows you the main of the auctions. Whatever is left to process, and the wait time. Anything about the length of time it'll take will be posted here. Minimum Increment - This is how much you have to raise the price. If the increment is 10, then you must raise the next bid by ten. For example; if the bid was at 200, and the increment was by 10, you would have to make it a minimum of 210 in order to bid.
• Time Left - This tells you how long you have to bid on the item before the auction is closed. Once the auction is closed, that's that. You can't bid anymore.
• Last Bid - Whatever the last bid was, it'll be here. Be sure to check this so you know that you have enough np to bid on it.
