Ever wondered WHICH items can raise your stats for your pet? I know, me too! This guide helps tons on which items if you don't like waiting those long hours at the Swashbuckling Academy or at the Golden Dubloon. Beware, some of these items are really rare.
Introduction
Hey, Kevin here now with an article on "Stat Growth". Sometimes pumping your pet with radioactive rays and flashing lights and lightning from the Lab Ray isn't going to help [seeing that most of the time they keep one or two stats down while the others are blown way out of proportion!] here are some Neggs, potions, scrolls, whatever, to help you narrow down on your search of which item is best, or which item is cheapest.
Note: Some of these are not accurate and, if it isn't, it will be noted, and any more items and item information you may have would be greatly appreciated... please send to information to either Ari or myself, Kevin.
I add "May add dah-dah-dah" because the might be a chance, once in a blue moon, that it might not happen. If there is a chance under 100% I will specify it.

What it does: +1-2 levels, +1-3 Agility, +1-3 Strength, +1-3 Max HP Description: This Negg is for cool Neopets only, be cool or be square! |

What it does: +1 Max HP. Description: A magical negg, that can only be found at the Neopian Neggery. The Faerie Queen has blessed this Negg herself! |

Ferocious Negg
What it does: +1-3 Strength and a random disease. Description: Watch out, this Negg bites! |

Kaleidonegg
What it does: Like the Lab Ray, does all effects of lab ray but WAY more expensive. Description: A magical negg, that can only be found at the Neopian Neggery. This negg will do sstraannnggee things to your pet! |

Kauvaras Marvellous Potion
Found at Smuggler's Cove: 120 Dubloons What it does: Kaus only; + 2 levels, strength, agility, and Max HP. Description: This special brew was made by Kauvara for Kau Day! |

Level Up Shroom
What it does: +1 level. Description: This mystical mushroom is the most sought after as it will put any pet who eats it up a level! |

Mega Power Plusshroom
What it does: Gives your pet +1 HP or +1 strength. Description: Straight from the dimension of goodness, this Mega Power Plus mushroom will do your pet a world of good! |

Mummified Scroll
What it does: + 3hp and may -1 intelligence and -2 agility. Description: Untie and read... if you dare... |

Muntando Fruit
Cooking Pot Recipe: Very low chance of increasing Max HP by 1. What it does: Gives your pet +1 HP or +1 strength. Description: This unusual fruit is only found in the highest mountains of Neopia. It is very rare and is highly prized on Mystery Island. |

Plaid Negg
What it does: Level up on random Faerie Ability and MAY change pet's colour. Description: A magical negg, that can only be found at the Neopian Neggery. This will advance your pet a level in an ability, but has some bad side effects. |

Power Negg
What it does: +1 Strength. Description: A magical negg, that can only be found at the Neopian Neggery. This will increase your pet strength. |

Purple Spotted Shroom
Jhudora's Quest Prize Level 26 What it does: +1 Max HP or heals 3HP or does NOTHING. Description: Hmmmm... I wonder what this strange looking shroom does. Maybe you should try it and find out! |

Radioactive Negg
What it does: Raises level of random Faerie Ability. Description: A magical negg, that can only be found at the Neopian Neggery. This will put the level of a random ability up! |

Rainwater Negg
What it does: Gives you Faerie Ability Shield of Water and Steam Shield [level doesn't matter] Description: The Rainwater Negg will give your pet the ability to create a shield of water and steam around herself in battle. |

What it does: +3 agility and makes pet hungry. Description: This inscribed parchment contains a spell to make your pet move faster, but makes them ravishingly hungry at the same time. |

What it does: +2-3 Max HP and 2-3 Agility. Description: A magical negg, that can only be found at the Neopian Neggery. One of the most powerful Neggs on sale, the snegg will grant your pet super powers! |

Spiked Negg
What it does: +2-3 Max HP. Description: Oohhh, this Negg looks very tough, I wonder what it does! |

Spinning Negg
What it does: Gives you Faerie Ability Air Shield [level doesn't matter]. Description: A magical negg, that can only be found at the Neopian Neggery. This will grant a pet the Air Shield ability regardless of its level. |

Strength Serum
What it does: +1-4 Strength. Description: This ornate looking brew is said to make you much stronger for a time... |

Strength Shroom
What it does: +1-3 Strength. Description: What fails to kill you will make you stronger. |

Super Fast Shroom
What it does: +1 Agility. Description: Make your pet faster... permanently with this incredibly rare treat! |

Super Negg
What it does: 1 level, +1-3 Max HP, and 1-3 Agility. Description: Here he comes to save the day... Its Super Negg. Give this to your NeoPet and they will feel SUPER! |

Twisted Potion of Strength
What it does: + 5 Strength. or minus 5 STRENGTH or does nothing... [A tip here: don't buy or use this, seriously. Due to its rarity it's a hefty buy, but the chances of getting each effect, as far as I know of, are equal] Description: Kayla is quite proud of this potion, it works a lot more than she expected. |
** The items asterisked [yes, it's a word... just found out myself, but not sure if used in the right context: haha!] are ones that may or may not add and subtract stats. Confirmation is required.
